The annual Hike for Pilgrims Hospice returns on April 25, 2026, kicking off National Hospice Palliative Care Week in Canada.
Pilgrims Hospice Society has provided residents of Crestwood some information about the upcoming Hike for Pilgrims Hospice taking place on April 25, 2026.
We are honoured to have this annual event take place right here in Crestwood, in support of our neighbours at Pilgrims Hospice.
