Basics For Kids
Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling martial art based on takedowns, ground control, and submissions. What makes it unique in the martial arts space is the lack of striking. Our classes won't involve punching or kicking. Instead, we'll teach kids how to use leverage and technique to their advantage, giving them tools to stay safe. Plus, it's a lot of fun and safe to practice!
